“When I saw him at his sister’s, I thought he was so hot. Mohawk, lifted truck, AND tattoos- my dream guy. He ended up calling his sister asking who I was because he THOUGHT I WAS CUTE. That’s literally never happened. We’ve been inseparable pretty much ever since.”
That was at least 7 years ago.
Now, they live a simple life, spending most of their free time as a family unit. They love taking the kids to the movies and having family nights, shooting pool, just relaxing. But they make the best memories once a year when they head up to Manistee Forest to ride their quads. Billy even proposed at home in front of the kids.
I met Brittney and Billy through her best friend/my cousin last year. After photographing them and their family twice already, I am so, so excited for their wedding at Res-Les Farms. They are so drawn to each other and seeing them together, you can tell exactly how much they care for each other. Brittney has the kindest heart, and Billy is totally enamored with her. The weather was iffy the day of their session- rain possibilities in the forecast, cloudy and dark, and a bit chilly. But the fall colors that day were stunning and a perfect backdrop at Historic Bridge Park. We spent most of the session laughing, exploring, and dodging other photographers. lol.
“Billy is a really hard worker. Extremely family oriented and loves with all he has. He is very firm in his beliefs and I love that about him. He stands up for what he knows is right and wrong. I’m proud of how much he gives to his family. Never asks for a thing but is always helping and making sure his family is taken care of.”
“Brittney is a great person, mother, and worker. She has a great smile and has this look she gives me that I love. She has a strong determination to succeed in life, which I love.”
